Free Trial

Baby Pulse offers a free trial period of 90 days from the date you create your account. During this period, you have full access to all features of the Service at no cost. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation.

Paid Subscriptions

After the free trial ends, continued access to the Service requires an active paid subscription (monthly or annual). Because the 90-day free trial gives you ample opportunity to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions billed upfront are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription, you will retain access until the end of the paid annual period.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle. Baby Pulse does not store or have access to your payment card details. Refund requests are handled in accordance with this policy.
